About Gaurdius

Gaurdius is an online platform that makes it easier to discover and contact independent Suppliers of close protection and related security services in London and across the UK.

We provide the digital infrastructure for profiles, enquiries, booking requests, and record-keeping. We do not provide the security services ourselves.

When a Client decides to proceed, the Supplier contracts directly with the Client and is responsible for the service, pricing, licensing, insurance, cancellation terms, and performance.

How Gaurdius works

Create an account and tell us what kind of support you need.
Browse relevant Supplier Catalogs where you can see their availability, scope, pricing, and its own contract terms and book services (Catalogs) through the platform. Alternatively you can submit an enquiry to our support team.
The Supplier receives the booking.
If you choose to proceed, you book directly with the Supplier under the Supplier's own contract.
Gaurdius keeps the platform workflow organised, but the service itself is delivered by the Supplier you select.

Refunds are issued by Gaurdius following an investigation when a vetted independent supplier fails to meet contractual obligations, provided sufficient evidence supports the client's claim.

Public-facing notices

Refunds & Independent Suppliers: Gaurdius connects Clients with independent Suppliers who are vetted in line with applicable industry standards. Suppliers are solely responsible for delivering the services they offer. If a Supplier fails to meet their contractual obligations, Gaurdius may review the dispute and, where sufficient evidence is provided, facilitate a fair refund for the Client.
No Guarantee of Suitability: Any onboarding or listing checks carried out by Gaurdius are risk-based platform assessments only and do not constitute a guarantee, recommendation, or certification of any Supplier or their services.
Payments: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all payments for security services are agreed upon and made directly between the Client and the Supplier.
